These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99rbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99rbaje website located at https://99rbaje.net, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing the 99rbaje website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To use the 99rbaje platform and maintain an active account in good standing, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Players who have previously self-excluded or who are currently subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim any bonus.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which is specified in the individual offer's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds not used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Winnings generated during a malfunction are not paid and will not be honoured.

Results are settled based on official data from the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute about a result, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organising committee) shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99rbaje platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the conduct listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending and completed withdrawals may be voided, and any remaining balance may be forfeited without recourse.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one registered account on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts or identities to claim the same bonus, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements artificially.

During an investigation, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account may be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals released.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99rbaje, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or account suspensions.
• Loss of data, account information, or any other digital content associated with your account.
• Interrupted or unavailable access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers or sports data providers regarding game outcomes, result settlements, or market void declarations.

99rbaje does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. We perform routine maintenance that may cause temporary service unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

The platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, although we take reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform security and integrity.
